Questions clubs ask us

How much does Clubble cost?

Clubble is free for clubs taking part in the beta. We'll talk to beta clubs about pricing well before the beta ends, and nobody will be charged without agreeing to it first.

What kinds of clubs is Clubble for?

Any club that runs regular sessions and needs to keep track of members, attendance and payments. Clubble started with martial arts clubs, and it suits dance schools, swimming clubs, sports teams, youth groups and more.

Can I bring my existing member list?

Yes. As part of the beta we'll help you move your members across from spreadsheets or whatever you use now.

What's expected of beta clubs?

Just use Clubble to run your club and tell us honestly what works and what doesn't. Beta software can have rough edges. We'll fix things quickly and keep you in the loop.

What happens to our data?

Your data belongs to your club. We only use it to provide the service, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Read our privacy policy for the details.
